I've heard that green tea is good for you so I thought I'd give this a try. Turns out it's very good! It has a very light lemon flavor with just a tiny Ginseng tang. Nicely packaged in a zip-lock type bag within a cardboard box. The company ships very quickly. I can't think of any reason NOT to recommend this tea.
